2017 National Travel & Tourism Week

California Tourism Month  |  #CATourism at Work   |  Amgen TOC

2017 National Travel & Tourism Week is slated for May 7-13. Visit California encourages you to reach out to media, elected officials and consumers with the powerful message that travel and tourism help keep the California economy strong.

Visit California is working alongside hundreds of travel and tourism leaders nationwide to champion travel as a revenue generator and job provider as part of 2017 National Travel and Tourism Week. Projected 2016 numbers show California's travel and tourism industry generated $10.3 billion in state and local tax revenue on $126.3 billion in spending, which supported 1.096 million jobs for Californians.

The U.S. Travel Association NTTW toolkit provides lots of important information and ways for you to get involved.

Don't forget to follow along and share your #NTTW17 & #CATourism experiences in the Team California app.
