Visit California is excited to announce that it will continue its partnership with TravMedia’s IMM USA in 2023. Visit California will once again host the California Pavilion at IMM with a discounted price subsidized by Visit California and added perks for California delegates, including an invitation to the Welcome Reception on Jan. 25.
Registration will open 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9. The discounted, early bird price of $2,050 will be valid through Aug. 31.
Pricing:
Early bird (book by Aug. 31): $2,250 $2,050 for California delegates
Early (book by Sept. 30): $2,650 $2,450 for California delegates
Regular (book by Oct. 31): $2,950 $2,750 for California delegates
While California Pavilion partners are invited to the Welcome Reception hosted by Visit California the evening of Jan. 25, please note that registration for The TravMedia Summit earlier that day comes at an additional cost.
To maximize time on the East Coast, Visit California will facilitate additional New York Media Mission programming on Friday, Jan. 27. Stay tuned for more registration details, including the agenda and cost, coming soon.
TravMedia’s IMM USA is a global networking event connecting the travel industry with top journalists, editors, influencers and broadcasters. Exhibitors secure a dedicated event table to meet with North America's premier travel media in 24 pre-scheduled one on one appointments where they can pitch a year’s worth of stories, famil trips and features in one day. TravMedia's in-person IMM USA 2023 will occur Jan. 26, 2023.
