Outlook Forum Sponsorship Opportunities

 


PREMIER – $12,500
Two Opportunities Available

  • Stage time for up to 4 minutes, may include video
  • Acknowledgement from the podium during the Outlook Forum conference
  • Two complimentary registrations to attend Outlook Forum
  • Logo placement in program and other communication
  • Access to attendees via the Team California app


WIRELESS NETWORK – $7,500
One Opportunity Available

  • Wireless network available for all attendees complimentary use
  • Password will be the sponsor company name
  • Opportunity to display materials or one sheet handout within space or in attendee bag
  • Additional recognition throughout program


CHARGING STATIONS – $6,000
Two Opportunities Available

  • Branded charging stations placed at tables during conference general session
  • Logo placement in program and other communication
  • Gives attendee opportunity to charge device and stay connected to online conversations during conference
  • Option to provide pre-charged chargers for takeaway



ATTENDEE BAGS – $6,000

  • Company logo or name printed on attendee bag given to all conference attendees, co-branded with Visit California
  • Recognition in the program and conference app

LANYARDS – $6,000
One Opportunity Available

  • Single color company logo or name on all attendee lanyards worn throughout the conference, co-branded with Visit California
  • These badge wallets hold the credentials necessary for access to Outlook Forum.

HOTEL KEY CARDS – $5,000

  • One-sided branding/logo on hotel key cards for attendees staying at Marriott Marquis
  • Logo placement in program and other communication



REFRESHMENT BREAKS – $5,000

  • Provide refreshments to attendees during scheduled breaks

MORNING FITNESS/Wellness – $6,000

TURNDOWN SERVICE/ROOM DROP – $3,500

  • Must provide up to 500 items – item will need to be pre-approved by Visit California
