Atlanta Media Boot Camp 2019

This two-day event boot camp will bring together editorial decision makers and content creators from around the Atlanta region for an immersion session with industry partners. The agenda will comprise a mixture of experiential and engaging activities, including one-on-one pitching opportunities and interactive events. The current schedule is as follows:
November 5: industry arrivals to Atlanta, followed by an evening briefing
November 6: morning influencer event, followed by media boot camp programming
November 7: a day trip to Meredith office in Birmingham, where editors and writers from Food & Wine, Coastal Living and Cooking Light are based

Background/Accomplishments 
The Experience California: Media Boot Camp events offer destinations the opportunity to share information with a group of selected editorial decision makers and content creators in the selected region. The first installment of this program occurred in April 2016 and connected 12 industry members with 13 media based in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas. The second installment of this program occurred in November 2016 and connected 15 industry members with 15 media and 8 influencers based in Chicago, Illinois and the surrounding region. The third installment of this program occurred in December 2017 and connected 15 industry members with 20 media and 10 influencers based in Seattle, Washington and the surrounding region.
