Visit California will launch its first India Sales Mission in January 2020. The mission aims to offer delegates from a variety of California tourism related businesses the chance to develop and maintain important trade and media contacts in California's #1 opportunity market. As an inaugural event, Visit California will target Tier 1 cities New Delhi and Mumbai, while also offering exposure to major companies from secondary cities. The mission will offer a single trade track that will include an opportunity to engage with top trade media.
The India Sales Mission will bring California delegates face-to-face with key trade directors and managers of major tour operators in New Delhi and Mumbai The program of events will include updates on tourism trends and business meetings, allowing for networking in both social and workshop formats. Delegates will be given the platform to connect with operators, travel agencies and call center staff in India. Delegates will also have the opportunity to network with consumer, lifestyle and business media in Mumbai.
