Registration types and associated rate:

  • Tourism business: $1,299 standard rate
    Eligible: California tourism businesses including attraction, association, hotel/accommodations, restaurant, retail, rental car, or transportation and travel services.
  • DMO/Government/Public service/Tribal organization: $1,299 standard rate
    Eligible: California destination marketing organizations, government entities, public service representatives and tribal organizations.
  • Vendor/Marketer/Travel agency: $2,299
    Eligible: All vendors, agencies and tourism marketing agencies.
    *Exception: If you are a vendor or agency attending on behalf of a California DMO or tourism business client, please register as the tourism business or DMO organization.
    *Exception: If you are a Visit California partner agency/vendor with a current contract in place, please contact Morgan Jacinto (mjacinto@visitcalifornia.com) for more details.
  • Academic rate: $199
    Eligible: Students currently enrolled and faculty are eligible for a discounted rate. Limited registrations available.

Visit California is excited to host the next conference in Los Angeles at the JW Marriott L.A. Live. Outlook Forum is hosted by a different destination each year to immerse attendees in the diverse regions of our Golden State.

Tourism business: $1,299 standard rate; DMO/Government/Public service/Tribal organization: $1,299 standard rate; Vendor/Marketer/Travel agency: $2,299; Academic rate: $199

The link to book rooms is available from the registration confirmation page and confirmation email. Due to limited availability, this link is only available to attendees, and we kindly request that you only book rooms for yourself and any attendees you have registered.

You can cancel, transfer or otherwise modify your registration by clicking the “Already registered?” link under the registration button on the OutlookForum.com homepage. This link is also available in your confirmation email. Please note that you will receive a 92% refund, as there is an 8% convenience fee for cancellations. The deadline to cancel is Feb. 14, 2025. After this date, please contact communications@visitcalifornia.com for support.
