Visit California partnered with GlobalSpa Magazine and designer Mandira Wirk to debut California Edit, an invitation-only luxury showcase in New Delhi designed to engage India’s affluent, experience-driven travelers. The program used immersive storytelling to highlight California’s appeal across culture, wellness and high-end travel.

The event unfolded as a multi-sensory journey through the Golden State, welcoming guests into a curated environment that combined destination visuals, décor and narrative. A guided wine tasting showcased California’s world-class wine regions while offering broader destination education. Throughout the evening, Visit California delivered a cohesive story of the state’s diverse landscapes, experiences and luxury offerings, ensuring attendees left with a deeper understanding of what California has to offer.

A runway presentation by Wirk served as the creative centerpiece, translating California’s landscapes and lifestyle into a couture collection inspired by coastal light, desert tones and twilight hues. The show generated strong on-site engagement and anchored the evening’s storytelling.

Beyond the event, California Edit was amplified through a robust editorial and social strategy. Pre- and post-event coverage through GlobalSpa Magazine spanned digital and print, featuring a dedicated destination story and hero content film, with additional reach through designer and influencer channels. This integrated approach extended visibility and delivered meaningful engagement among high-value audiences.

By blending fashion, media and experiential storytelling, California Edit elevated California’s brand presence in India and strengthened connections with high-net-worth travelers.
