A monthly summary of non-resident air arrivals at any California ports of entry (POE).

• In February 2026, California welcomed 498,645 total non-resident international air arrivals across all ports of entry—an increase of 3.3% compared to February 2025.
• Arrivals from Visit California’s 13 priority markets totaled 380,618, reflecting a 2.7% year-over-year increase.
• Canada remained California’s top international source market with 89,295 arrivals, though down 18.6% year over year. China followed with 57,877 arrivals and recorded the strongest growth among top markets, up 45.9% year over year primarily driven by Lunar New Year travel. Mexico saw 45,364 arrivals, increasing 19.3% year over year.
• Overall, arrivals increased in 8 of the 13 priority markets, led by China (+45.9%), Mexico (+19.3%), South Korea (+14.0%), Italy (+12.6%), and Japan (+7.3%).
• Notable year-over-year declines were seen in the Middle East (-29.9%), Nordics (-21.6%), and Canada (-18.6%), likely reflecting the impact of geopolitical and political dynamics.
