Lisa Chapman has over 15 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales, marketing, event management and customer service. As a Central Coast native, Lisa built a career around her passion for wine and hospitality in the Central Coast wine country region.

Most recently, Lisa worked as the sales and marketing manager for a boutique winery in Santa Ynez and served as marketing director for ASAP Movers in San Luis Obispo. She prides herself on her ability to provide top-shelf customer service with creative problem-solving while maintaining a positive attitude. Lisa has over 12 years of experience specifically in the wine industry and has worked in almost every capacity except winemaker. Over the years, Lisa has created and managed multiple 1,000+ person events, managed a wine club of over 25,000 members and has even worked for a rock star.

Lisa takes full advantage of the beautiful California Coast and enjoys hiking, kayaking, wine tasting and beach days in her free time. Her favorite part about California is that it has everything from pristine coastlines, beautiful deserts, and snowy mountains all within driving distance.

Nani Escudero is a seasoned executive with 10 years of experience in marketing, business development and strategic partnerships. Her experience includes leading business opportunities for growth and expansion for industry leaders in both the private and nonprofit sector, headquartered in California. Her professional background includes: client generation, business relations and community partnerships.

Nani is experienced in leading marketing initiatives to drive company awareness and business growth, leveraging various marketing channels, including: strategic marketing, SEM, social media, direct and professional partnerships. Not a native of California, but California is where Nani calls home. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, with roots from South America and raised in the beautiful and diverse city of Los Angeles. Nani loves living in California, enjoying the outdoors, beach volleyball, cycling on PCH, hiking adventures and exploring the beautiful state of California.

Kristin Horstman is a seasoned marketer, who knew at an early age she had a passion for the hospitality industry. After college, she began her career in the golf industry, which later led her into the meetings and events world working with both corporations and associations. In 2020, Kristin was appointed as co-chair to the APEX COVID-19 Business Recovery Task Force, which was formed to provide resources that support the event industry’s global recovery.

Most recently, Kristin held leadership roles overseeing the largest technology conferences in the world. As an innovative event marketer with extensive experience successfully managing event portfolios, including large-scale technology conferences, industry trade shows, field events, sponsorship sales and marketing communications, she will bring the understanding and knowledge to support our partners in their success.

Kristin grew up in the Midwest but has truly embraced her California lifestyle and takes full advantage. She is an avid lover of the outdoors and enjoys hiking, skiing, wine tasting and spontaneous road trips. Her favorite part about California is that it's home to all the State and National Parks, and she is working on visiting all 63 across the country!

Dawn Lindeman has over 15 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing and customer relations in the publishing industry. Dawn has worked extensively on both B2B and consumer magazines, as well as tourism-related custom publications.

In her experience working in the publishing industry, Dawn has secured print, digital and trade show sponsorship sales and provided clients with opportunities that yielded high visibility, consumer awareness and increased ROI. She has created strategic alliances with manufacturers and retailers during her B2B years to provide a platform to get new products in front of retailers during a roundtable event, generating six-figure sales for newcomers into the mass, grocery and drug industries.

Dawn is a transplant from Chicago, where she received her MBA in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She currently lives in Orange County with her two children. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures all over California.

With 25 years in the travel and hospitality industry, Bertin Salas is the passionate Co-Founder of BESI Business Solutions. Bertin is the executor and brain behind sales and revenue strategies.

An energetic multi-tasker, Bertin builds strong relationships with partners and clients around the world and keeps business objectives on track to deliver results. Consulting revenue, sales, marketing and account directors in the industry, Bertin employs a customized approach to identify strategic actions to ensure partners meet their goals and drive productivity. Bertin is fluent in Spanish and Italian.

Kristine Tsusaki-Reddick has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and strategic relationship management. Prior to Visit California, she held leadership roles in account management and business development where she focused on partnering with organizations to develop B2B strategies, sales campaigns, and marketing programs. Kristine has experience in multiple industries including travel & tourism, technology, financial services, retail and nonprofits.

Before the corporate sector, Kristine was a public relations Account Executive specializing in government agencies and nonprofits. Kristine also served as Visit California’s Director of Client Relations, Northern California for four years.

A native of Northern California, Kristine has a passion for the outdoors. She spends most of her free time with her family exploring new destinations throughout the state.

Kelly served as the Los Angeles Industry Liaison for two years before moving to the role of Director of Client Relations, Southern California. Kelly has over a decade of experience in marketing, communications and community relations, with a specialization in travel- and tourism-related marketing, branding and sales.

Before joining Visit California, she was the Marketing Manager and Marketing Representative for Southwest Airlines where she created, implemented and managed all local marketing strategies for Southwest Airlines in Southern California covering the Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles and Burbank regions.
