Kind Traveler, a veteran and women-owned public benefit corporation, is the first socially conscious Give + Get hotel booking and media platform that empowers travelers to impact the communities they visit positively. Through the Give + Get model, travelers unlock exclusive offers from hotels after giving a minimum $10 donation to one of an array of charities local to the property — 100% of those donations go to charity. 

The Kind Traveler program is unique. It operates as a consumer-facing, web-based content and booking platform — promoting destinations and selling hotel room nights — while making a community impact through empowering travelers to give back to local charities in your destination. The platform allows consumers to engage with local communities and caters to the conscious traveler who wants to travel responsibly.

 Kind Traveler's Every Stay Gives Back initiative is a community impact program where every guest stay at participating lodging and destination partners helps fund local charities. California impacts include:

• 42,500+ servings of Sonoma County-grown fruits and vegetables for families facing food injustice while solving food waste with Farm to Pantry in Sonoma County.

• 34,000+ meals provided to individuals facing food insecurity with The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert in Greater Palm Springs.
