No. The early bird rate is only applicable to tourism industry members attending the conference. If your organization is planning to attend in the role of vendor, the vendor rate applies regardless of registration date. 

First, check your spam, junk, or "promotions" folders. If you still cannot locate it, you can view, print, and resend your confirmation by clicking the “Already Registered” link at the top of the event registration page and logging in with your email address. You may also reach out to the events team.

Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) is the most convenient option, located just 10 minutes from downtown Monterey and the host hotels via ride-share or taxi. Alternatively, you can fly into San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC), which is about a 75-minute drive to the venue.

Yes. Parking is available at the host hotels. Self-parking is also available in the adjacent municipal garage.

The standard dress code is business casual, though we encourage you to prioritize comfort and dress in layers. Note that some meals and activities will take place outdoors.

Monterey in early March is crisp and mild. Expect daytime highs in the low 60s and evening lows dipping into the mid-40s. Coastal fog is common in the mornings, so packing layers is highly recommended.

Breakfast and lunch are served each conference day and before/after the board meeting on Thursday. Drinks and bites are also provided at the welcome reception on the first night of the conference, though you may want to reserve a table at one of Monterey’s fantastic restaurants after the reception if you would like a sit-down meal. Attendees should plan to make dinner plans Wednesday.

There is a dedicated field for dietary restrictions and ADA accommodation requests on the primary registration form. If you have already registered and need to update this information, click the Already Registered link at the top of the event registration page and log in with your email address to update these registration details. You may also contact the events team.

Yes. The Visit CA Events app will be shared prior to the conference. You can use it to build your custom schedule, network with fellow attendees, navigate the venue map and participate in live Q&A during sessions.

Yes. All sessions are recorded and shared after the conference. Slides will be shared with the recordings in some cases. Further, the conference app now provides transcripts and AI summaries of all sessions.

Yes. Finding new professional resources and strengthening bonds is core to Outlook Forum. Meals and optional activities are designed to encourage networking. While Visit California does not organize professional workshops outside the conference sessions, this year, the app empowers attendees to create topical discussions and schedule meetups.

Yes. By default, all attendees are visible and can connect inside the app. New this year, the app has simplified saving contacts to your device and introduced helpful tools for making connection.

Absolutely. Scheduled activities will provide opportunities to explore downtown Monterey. See Monterey will also provide a guide, and many city highlights are accessible by foot or a short drive from the conference center.
