  • Occupancy in the U.S. was 48.5% for week ending Sept. 12, down 30.2% compared to the same week a year ago.
  • Occupancy in California was 58.4%, down 26.0% year over year.
  • Occupancy declines were greatest in San Francisco Bay Area (-42.6%), Orange County (-38.0%) and Los Angeles County (-30.2%).
  • Average Daily Rate (ADR) in the U.S. was $99.0, down 25.5% from the same week a year ago.
  • ADR in California was $129.0, down 25.3% year over year.
  • California regions with the largest declines in ADR include the San Francisco Bay Area (-46.5%), Los Angeles County (-24.1%) and North Coast (-18.6%).
