  • Occupancy in the U.S. was 36.6% for week ending May 30th, down 43.2% compared to the same week a year ago.
  • Occupancy in California was 39.4%, down 44.1%.
  • Occupancy declines were greatest in San Francisco Bay Area (-58.7%) and Orange County (-53.9%).
  • Average Daily Rate (ADR) in the U.S. was $82.94, down 33.3% from the same week a year ago.
  • ADR in California was $98.98, down 37.1%. .
  • California regions with the largest declines in ADR include the San Francisco Bay Area (-47.9%) and North Coast (-45.3%).
