Club California Guadalajara will take place on June 12, 2026, at Estadio Charros in Guadalajara, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The program is designed as a targeted trade education and relationship-building event for key travel agencies, tour operators and top advisors based in Guadalajara, one of Mexico’s most important outbound travel markets for California.
The event will provide Visit California and participating California destination partners with a platform to present key destination updates, product highlights, travel opportunities and market-relevant messaging directly to high-value trade accounts. The presentation will focus on California’s diversity as a destination, including gateway cities, road trips, family travel, sports and entertainment, culinary experiences, outdoor activities, shopping, luxury and unique experiences that are relevant for the Guadalajara market.
Following the destination presentations, attendees will participate in an interactive baseball experience at the batting cages, where they will learn how to achieve the perfect baseball swing. This activity is intended to make the program more engaging and memorable while connecting California’s destination message to sports, entertainment and live-event travel, which continue to be strong motivators for Mexican travelers.
After the trade education and batting cage activity, the group will stay at Estadio Charros to watch the baseball game between Charros de Jalisco and Diablos Rojos. This will create an additional networking opportunity in a relaxed and culturally relevant environment, allowing California partners and Guadalajara-based trade attendees to continue conversations beyond the formal presentation format.
